Functional and engineering plastics play an important role in our everyday lives and inspire innovations that make life better, healthier, and safer. They are in windows, doors, roofs, walls, and flooring that make our homes and buildings safe and energy-efficient. Plastics in packaging help keep medicines and food safe and fresh. They are in cars, credit cards, smartphones, televisions, computers, and other electronic equipment that make modern life possible.
Hoogwaardige lijmkit op basis van MS polymeer voor het lijmen en monteren van vrijwel alle materialen op vrijwel alle ondergronden (poreuze en niet-poreuze). Hoge aanvangshechting (high tack), supersterk lijmen zonder klemmen.
DIFFERENCE 1
Nylon 6 combines strength,
low weight, toughness, chemical
resistance, ease of processing
and even recyclability.
The assets of nylon 6, combined
with the assets of Nyobe-engineering,
have made Nyorbits
a well-known brand in the
world.
DIFFERENCE 2
Nyorbits were born out of our
expertise in the carpet industry.
Their DNA has been carefully
nurtured over several decades.
Nyorbits is a consistently, high
quality spin grade polymer.
Our spin grade polymer is perfectly
employable in engineering
plastics.
DIFFERENCE 3
Nyorbits offer powerful spinning
and compounding solutions
to its customers resulting
from its premium performance
in product consistency, conformity
and high degree of stability in
specs (size, moisture content, low
extractables, transparancy).
DIFFERENCE 4
The exact same top-quality
grade that we use for our yarn
portfolio is also available for
external customers.

Kane Ace™ MX is Kaneka’s novel coreshell rubber (CSR) toughening system for thermo set resins. It is a predispersed CSR Masterbatch which enhances the physical properties of the resins through optimal dispersion of core-shell particles.
The revolutionary liquid impact modifiers of Kane Ace™ MX achieve highly improved strength, improved fracture toughness and endurance without losing the heat resistant characteristics of thermoset resins.
The liquid nature guarantees an easy handling and mixing into your system, which will save you time and reduces the production cost.
The material can be processed with conventional plastic industry equipment, such as injection molding and extrusion machinery. The typical end applications are those for which organic recyclability (compostable and anaerobic digestibility) is the intended end-of-life or for which it is challenging to avoid fragments ending up in the open environment. It is suitable for (food) packaging, organic waste management, agricultural, horticultural, and marine-related applications.
The sustainable innovation spirit of this material is indisputable. No matter where this material ends up, it will degrade into water, CO2, and biomass by the microorganisms available in nature. It allows producing innovative packaging, entirely in line with the circular economy, integrating the added value of compostability as end-of-life, and opens up new perspectives in waste management systems.
Kaneka liquid polymers are widely recognized as the premium choice of base resins for producing sealants, adhesives, and coatings. Their unique properties enable KANEKA MS POLYMER™, KANEKA SILYL™, and KANEKA XMAP™ based products to deliver outstanding performance for a wide variety of markets, including construction, industrial, transportation, flooring, waterproofing, DIY, and specialty markets. Kaneka’s continuous pursuit of innovation is reflected in our broad product portfolio covering various applications.
BCF-yarns also have a higher
resistance to pull then staple
fibers.
Moreover, BCF-yarns have a
higher luster than staple. Due
to this, manufacturers will
often use BCF in low-weight
carpets, as the increased light
reflection helps the product to
appear bulkier.
NYOBE STAYS WITH PA6
YARNS, SINCE 1976
Nylon revolutionized the carpeting
industry as the first synthetic
fiber – early adopted by
Mr. R. De Clerck – and quickly
became the new benchmark.
There are many features of nylon
that other fibers are not
able to offer:
• highly durable
• strong
• stands up very well to abrasion
• highly resilient
• very good texture retention
to maintain its original appearance
• Premium hand & foot feeling
and soft
• pilling resistant
• brilliant colors and maintaining
its colors
• excellently printable and dyeable
